Returns & Exchanges

At Inka Arthouse, we want you to love your new wall decor; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all artworks are returned in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Artwork

  Carefully repack your items in the original protective tubes or boxes to ensure they are not creased or damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
